Shipping Damage: If the product arrives to you damaged, please contact us directly. Any freight damage must be notified within 10 days. Save all packing materials, etc. until the investigation is completed.

Reclaimation: If a product is in any way defect, please contact us and point out the error. After we accept the complaint we help you return the defective goods free of charge. You can then choose between a new product or money back including shipping fee.
